Earth Day falls on 22nd April this year.I think Earth Day is very important as it is a day when people aware of the importance of keeping our planet healthy and clean."Save the Earth" means to keep the Earth clean and we must not do things to harm the Earth examples: waste papers and littering.I think it is very important recycle, reuse and reduce as this '3Rs' represent go green.I will keep the Earth clean and I will not use papers to do unnecessary things.

On 8th April 2009, I went to the Singapore Heritage Museum for a Learning journey.When we reached there,a lady give us a 'companion' which is supposed to be our tour guide.It is a electronic device,green in colour.I visited 3 galleries.History Gallery,Fashion Gallery as well as Film & Wayang Gallery. We reached there at about 2p.m(I don't really remember what time we reached there) and went back to school at 4p.m and reached school school at exactly 4.30p.m.I think that through this trip,I learned more about the history of Singapore.

I like the aspect of the school having to set-up some computer near the spiral staircase so that pupils that do not have Internet access at home can do their blogging doing recess or after school before their lessons start.
The only aspect I do not like is the food in the canteen.Sometimes,when I went to buy food for my lunch,I will see many flies flying around the plate of food.
I think that the stall vendors should put the food in to a pot and scoop the food up when the pupils order the food.

The school value for this month is courage. What do we mean by courage?
To me , courage is being brave enough to speak up your opinion.Doing things, also needs courage. Without courage, you will not be able to do many other things.Courage can mean many things.Examples:Having the courage to say "No" when someone tells you to do something that you think is the wrong thing to do.
